Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Please go through our size chart or call on our customer care number +91 9717544232 to assist you with the right size for you. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer. No exchange, no return, no refunds and no alterations possible on sale/discounted merchandise.
Not So Serious Trading LLP offers 24 hours alterations policy that gives you an option to get the alterations of the same product purchased from for any product quality-related issue only within 24 hours of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. You need to follow the following conditions:
You must be located in INDIA as this facility is unavailable to patrons outside INDIA. No returns or refunds shall be accepted from orders received from international clients under any circumstances post-order processing.
The products must be returned to Not So Serious Trading LLP within 2 (two) days from the date it is delivered to you.
Please check the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products at the end of the policy. Not So Serious Trading LLP may update this list from time to time and without any prior intimation to you.
The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
Any garment sought to be exchanged, should be unworn or unwashed. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return. Only store credits/credit notes will be given to the customer against the return, no refund will be given under any circumstances.
Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, Not So Serious Trading LLP reserves the right to reject any request for exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
Not So Serious Trading LLP wallet shall not exceed the value of the product returned and/or exchanged but may be subject to deductions of any benefits for example any discounts availed, shipping or delivery charges waiver, etc., if any.
You may cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order, in that case, a processing fee of 10% will be deducted from the paid amount and the remaining shall be refunded to the same source of payment. In case you opt for the credit note refund option, the full amount will be transferred to your NSS wallet and you may use it in 18 months from the date of the wallet being credited.


The returns procedure can also be initiated through Not So Serious Trading LLP online platform by following the below mentioned steps:
If you made the purchase as a registered user, log in to your account to initiate the process.
If you made the purchase from the Website as a guest, please register on the Website using the same email address provided while purchasing the product so that your products appear in your order history. You can initiate the process of return only if the said product appears in your order history.
If you are not the actual purchaser but received the product from some Not So Serious Trading LLP customer, (for example as gift), you will have to request the concerned buyer to initiate the return process.
Upon receiving a ‘Returns/Exchange Request Form’, Not So Serious Trading LLP will generate a request number, which will be shared with you.
You can return the product by selecting any one of the below options in the ‘Exchange Request Form’
Ship it back to Not So Serious Trading LLP by sending it to the address provided by us. You will be solely responsible to ensure that the product is delivered to Not So Serious Trading LLP in good condition and Not So Serious Trading LLP will not be held liable for any damage caused to the product during transit or the customer is not contactable at the time of delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the customers to respond to the and co-ordinate with the delivery partners to accept the orders. Incase customer fails to connect with the delivery partner for any reason and the orders comes back to Not So Serious we will ship the order back to the customer and charge the logistic charges incurred in the process of return and re-shipping, but will not accept returns or refund.
Not So Serious Trading LLP will send you an e-mail confirmation upon receiving the products. Upon undertaking quality test and inspecting the product, Not So Serious Trading LLP will inform you about its decision with respect to acceptance or rejection of the products within 2 (two) working days of receiving the product.
If Not So Serious Trading LLP accepts the return/exchange request, value of the product returned/exchanged will be will be credited into Not So Serious Trading LLP wallet in 3 (three) working days of receiving the product. However, if Not So Serious Trading LLP rejects the return/exchange we will ship the product back to you.

Not So Serious Trading LLP wallet is valid for a period of 3 (three) months from date of its issue.
Not So Serious Trading LLP Wallet can be used to purchase gift cards ("Not So Serious Trading LLP Gift Cards") for a value in excess of INR 10,000 (INDIAN Rupees ten thousand only). Not So Serious Trading LLP Gift Cards will also have a validity period of 3 months from date of issue of Not So Serious Trading LLP Gift Cards.
If the value of products purchased using Not So Serious Trading LLP Wallet:
You must pay the differential amount to exceed the credit available in your Not So Serious Trading LLP Wallet is less than the credit available in your Not So Serious Trading LLP Wallet, the remaining credit balance in your account with Not So Serious Trading LLP after deduction of order value will continue to be available to you for subsequent transactions must be undertaken within 6 months from date of issue.

What if I receive incorrect product from Not So Serious Trading LLP?
For the purpose of this policy, the term ‘incorrect product’ means the product does not match the description or specification set out in the purchase order or Website with respect to color, size, or material.
Not So Serious Trading LLP takes utmost care to deliver the products as per your order. If incorrect product is delivered, you must notify us by sending an email at within 1 day i.e. 24 hours of receiving the product.
What are the list of Non –Returnable OR Non-Exchangeable Products?
1. Accessories, including jewelry, pocket squares, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, Footwear etc.
2. Custom made products and international orders
3. Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you;
4. Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by Not So Serious Trading LLP; and
5. Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase;
6. Any made to order style or Ready To Ship orders which gets processed.
7. Product purchased and availed any offer or discount or cash back or if the order value exceeds INR 15000/-.

1. Cash back will be given in the form of store credit only.
2. The cash back store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
3. Cash back is available only on non-discounted products. If Your cart consists of discounted as well as non-discounted products, the cash back will be applicable only on the non-discounted products.
4. The credit will reflect in Your account automatically without any code/coupon being applied by You.
5. The cash back credits will reflect in Your account post-delivery of your order.
6. The cash back is applicable only if a purchase is made by logging into Your account.
7. You can redeem maximum 50% of the order value as discount using your cash back credits.
8. No two offers will be clubbed together.
9. If you cancel the order the cash back will be revoked from your account.
10. Please contact customer care for any support if you wish to place a fresh order before delivery of the previous order to avail the cash back, we will do the needful.
11. The cash back credits are non-transferable.
