Shipping In India:

Free shipping on all orders.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide. For international orders, a standard shipping fee of INR 3500 or $50 is chargeable.

For orders above INR 60,000 shipping is free ( on non-discounted merchandise)

No cash on delivery is available for international orders.

RETURNS

Our garments are all on a made-to-order basis. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges and duties and taxes if any will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer.

No exchange, no return, no refunds and no alterations possible on sale/discounted merchandise.

DELIVERY

Not So Serious By Pallavi Mohan endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Not So Serious By Pallavi Mohan fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Not So Serious By Pallavi Mohan may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping costs.
